Chaplaincy and Coaching

Some seasons are too heavy to carry by yourself. In a session, you get a calm place to say what is true, someone who listens without hurrying you, and practical next steps you can take with God’s help.

Who I work with

  • People walking through grief and loss
  • People weighed down by anxiety and worry
  • People struggling to forgive, or to forgive themselves
  • People in work or life transitions who want direction and purpose
  • Caregivers and anyone feeling worn out

What a session is like

  1. You book a time. Pick a time that works for you on my calendar. Appointments are online, so you can meet from anywhere.
  2. We talk and listen. You tell me what you are carrying. I listen first. We pray or read Scripture together if you would like to.
  3. We find a next step. You leave with one small, doable step and, when it helps, a free resource I think will fit.

Chaplaincy and coaching, what is the difference?

Chaplaincy is care and presence in hard moments: listening, prayer and comfort. Coaching looks forward: setting goals, building habits and moving toward the purpose God has for you. Many people use both, and we can decide together what you need.

Good to know

  • Sessions are online only. [PLACEHOLDER: video platform, for example Zoom or Google Meet]
  • Length and cost: [PLACEHOLDER: session length and price, or free or donation-based, exactly as you want it stated]
  • Confidentiality: [PLACEHOLDER: your confidentiality statement. Say plainly what is private and when you would need to involve others for someone’s safety]
  • Chaplaincy and coaching are spiritual care. They do not replace therapy, medical care or emergency help. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline in the U.S.) or 911.

Stop holding on. Start letting go.

Meet with me online, in private. We will take it one step at a time.
